Today we are resting ☺ Yes, that’s what we need sometimes. I saw recently a documentary film about a personal transformation of Tom Shadyac, the director and producer of such blockbusters like “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, “Bruce Almighty,” “Evan Almighty”, “The Nutty Professor” or “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.”  Shadyac had a bad bike accident in 2007, which led to post-concussion syndrome and long-term suffering. The filmmaker’s life has changed dramatically. He moved out of his 17.000 - square-foot mansion in Pasadena and into a 1,000 - square-foot mobile home in trailer park in Malibu, traded his private jet for a bicycle and began to give away much of his possessions and money. Do we have to give up everything we’ve achieved in life to make it healthier and happier? Of course not! However, we can start building our life in a way that it won’t bring us huge disappointments, and our Heart, Mind, Emotions, Ego and Body remain in healthy harmony. Have a nice day☺
